What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation through gentle hand placements on the body or through time, distance space. Reiki practitioners are essentially a vessel to channel energy to the client to improve the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Energy itself is vast and endless, it’s also constantly evolving around us and within us.
What are Angel Cards?
Angel cards are great when you may have a specific question or are in need of some generalized reassurance. Perhaps you’re looking for a sign? You can never pull the “wrong” cards nor is any information ever negative. Angel cards along with Reiki healing are only intended to uplift energy and promote positivity and healing. I have a strict rule with energy work - nothing negative can exist in this space unless you give it the power to and it just does not exist here. Only love. Only light!
Is energy healing right for me?
You don’t need to be any type of person or in any type of circumstance to receive a healing. Whether you are seeking some extra self care, reassurance, guidance, comfort, etc - an energy healing only helps in rinsing residual energy clean and renewing you with positive revitalized energy. It’s the ultimate cleanse and recharge!
What are the benefits of energy healing?
OMG! How much time do you have? Lol the benefits are endless! And the coolest part, is it’s not only about the benefits you receive during the actual session.
Energy sessions/healings can carry you for days and weeks to come. They can aid in relieving anxiety, depression, fatigue. Reiki can support your emotional, physical, and energetic self by reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Sessions can be entirely customized for specific needs as well, whether physical or emotional. Reiki does not heal physical ailments, for example: a broken bone -- always seek your doctor’s guidance for professional medical needs.
How often should I get a session?
Once a month would be incredibly ideal BUT as we know, life happens! Every few months, or whenever you feel pulled to receive one. There’s no “wrong” time ;) Trust your intuition, you know what you need and when you need it.
What should I do after my session?
Drink lots of water and prioritize your peace. A big part of this healing work is actually applying it into your life, off of the table / outside of the session itself. Consider where you can take this guidance and how you can implement it into your choices, actions, and practice of mindfulness. Take time to reflect on your notes and really take it in!
What should I wear to a session?
Comfort is key! Comfy clothing as you want to feel breathable, relaxed, and at ease.
