In-Person Energy Session

In person sessions are 45 minutes spent on the reiki table where you are embodied in cozy blankets in a dimly lit room. Think spa-like! Meditation music plays in the background as you are comforted by a lavender infused eye pillow. Crystals are intuitively selected for you and placed on and around you for additional healing and energy. The remaining 15 minutes of our time together is focused on your intuitive messages. Notes are handwritten and you leave with them to absorb and reflect on.

Angel Card Reading

Virtual // $45

Receive a personal card pull and intuitive explanation — accompanied by a virtual video for virtual sessions.

Along with Reiki healing, Angel Card readings are only intended to uplift energy and promote positivity and healing. I have a strict rule with energy work — nothing negative can exist in this space unless you give it the power to and it just does not exist here. Only love. Only light!

Virtual Life Coaching Session

60min. // $100

Each life coaching session is built upon the clients specific needs. Whether you’re feeling burnt out, lost, or full of life and creativity and just don’t know where to start - I’ll help to guide you forward. These sessions are very conversational as we dive deeper into intention and action. Sessions may include meditation, reiki healing, or angel cards to open and guide you further on your divine path.

Virtual Energy Session

30 min. // $75

You will be guided through a meditation while experiencing distant reiki healing (as reiki can be transferred and channeled through time and space!) followed by an intuitive energy reading with signs, symbols, etc. We finish with angel cards and session notes are emailed after so you leave with all of your information to absorb and reflect on for days and weeks to come.
